It is advantageous to use Vanishing
Lubricants that disappears after it has done its job. These materials leave a light coating of lubricant on the part during processing and then evaporate shortly thereafter. In many cases these vanishing lubricants can completely eliminate cleaning operations. Our vanishing oils will not turn tacky or gummy, have
mild or no odor and are designed to always stay fluid. Vanishing lubricants can be used on ferrous and nonferrous
metals. Products

 Description
:
Evap-Lube low viscosity vanishing lubricants
are ideal for Light duty stamping and blanking
on ferrous and nonferrous Materials. Products
are non staining and formulated to leave minimal
film on components so that Assembly operations
such as welding can be carried out without
inter-operational washing or excessive smoke and
fume.
Latest synthetic vanishing technology is
designed for thermal degreasing at low
temperatures leaving no residue on components
after processing. Products are also completely
odorless for operator. |
